Online Orders & Table QR

Before you start

Table QR codes come from your floor plan. Design your dining room first under Items & Services → Floor Plans.

Generate table QR codes

1. 1Go to Online Orders → Tables & QR Codes.
2. 2Click "Generate QR" on a table — or select several tables and click "Generate QR" for all of them.
3. 3Use the tabs to see All tables, Has QR, No QR, or Inactive.

Download and print QR codes

1. 1From a table's actions menu, choose "View QR" to preview, "Download PNG" to save, or "Copy link".
2. 2To get every code at once, click "Download all (.zip)" — or select tables and download their PNGs as a .zip.
3. 3Print each code and place it on its table.

Replace or turn off a QR code

1. 1Choose "Rotate QR" from the table's actions menu to issue a new code. The old code stops working immediately.
2. 2Choose "Deactivate" to stop orders from that table, and "Reactivate" to turn it back on.

Choose how diners pay

1. 1Go to Online Orders → Settings.
2. 2Under "Payment mode", pick Pay Later, Pay at Counter, or Pay Online. The change saves instantly.

Confirm pay-at-counter orders

1. 1Go to Online Orders → Orders to see orders waiting for payment.
2. 2When the diner pays, click "Confirm payment" — or "Cancel" to drop the order.
