Built for the businesses I grew up around

Rohaizad bin Maznan started Seratus Pro after seeing too many small businesses run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and hope. This is that fix — more generous, more complete, and priced lower than what's already out there.

Every plan we built had to be one I'd be proud to hand a friend.

The story

A system built out of frustration, for people I actually know

I kept watching the same story play out with friends who ran their own businesses — a café owner juggling a paper order pad, a beauty salon tracking bookings in a group chat, a retailer who had no idea which items actually sold. They all needed a proper point-of-sale and CRM system. Most either couldn't afford one, or ended up with something that only did half the job and charged extra for the rest.

So I built Seratus Pro to solve exactly that. Not a stripped-down trial meant to upsell you later, but a genuinely generous plan from the start — sales, inventory, staff, bookings, and customer records, all in one place, with more features included than businesses like theirs usually get access to.

It's still early. Seratus Pro is self-funded — built and improved out of my own pocket, alongside ongoing R&D into what comes next, including IoT-connected hardware for the counter. No outside investors dictating the roadmap, just a product shaped by the businesses actually using it.

What drives Seratus Pro

Mission

Give every small business — café, salon, retailer, or service provider — access to a complete POS and CRM system without the usual price tag or missing features.

Vision

Become the operating system small businesses in Malaysia reach for first — from the counter to the back office to the hardware it all runs on.

Approach

Build generously by default. Bundle what competitors sell as add-ons, and keep shipping based on what real merchants actually ask for.
