The story
A system built out of frustration, for people I actually know
I kept watching the same story play out with friends who ran their own businesses — a café owner juggling a paper order pad, a beauty salon tracking bookings in a group chat, a retailer who had no idea which items actually sold. They all needed a proper point-of-sale and CRM system. Most either couldn't afford one, or ended up with something that only did half the job and charged extra for the rest.
So I built Seratus Pro to solve exactly that. Not a stripped-down trial meant to upsell you later, but a genuinely generous plan from the start — sales, inventory, staff, bookings, and customer records, all in one place, with more features included than businesses like theirs usually get access to.
It's still early. Seratus Pro is self-funded — built and improved out of my own pocket, alongside ongoing R&D into what comes next, including IoT-connected hardware for the counter. No outside investors dictating the roadmap, just a product shaped by the businesses actually using it.
