Add a supplier
Suppliers are part of Stock Management, on the Business plan.
- 1Go to Contacts → Suppliers and click "Add Supplier".
- 2Enter the "Business Name" (the only required field).
- 3Add contact details and choose a "Preferred Channel" — Email, WhatsApp, Call (AI agent), Messenger, or Telegram. This is how quotations and purchase orders reach them.
- 4Optionally add payment terms, tax and registration numbers, and address.
- 5Click "Save".
Add bank, DuitNow, cheque, or voucher details under "Payment Methods" on the supplier's record.
Add a customer
- 1Go to Contacts → Customers and click "Add Customer".
- 2Enter the "Customer Name" (required), and optionally a group, mobile, email, opening balance, and address.
- 3Click "Save".
"Sync from Schedule & Sales" in the menu pulls in customers from your bookings and sales.
Edit, import, and remove contacts
- 1Click a row to edit it, then "Save".
- 2Use "Filter" to narrow the list — suppliers by Business Name, City, or Tax Number; customers by Name or Group.
- 3Open the menu for "Import from CSV", "Export to CSV", and "Download Template".
- 4To remove, select rows, click "Delete", and confirm with "Remove".
Handle a customer's data request
- 1Open the customer.
- 2Under "Personal data requests", click "Download data" to export what you hold, or "Erase personal data" and confirm with "Erase".
Group your customers
- 1Go to Contacts → Customer Group and click "Add Group".
- 2Enter a "Group Name" and optional description, then click "Save".
- 3Open the group and click "Add customers". Search, select, and add them.
- 4To take someone out, use "Remove from group". Deleting a group ungroups its customers — it doesn't delete them.
Use groups to target email and SMS campaigns.
